No, the home is 300 feet from the beach. It is down a short and private drive, secluded from neighboring homes, busy roads, and the like. It is a 4-minute walk to our private cabana and chairs, ready for your use.

Bali House is attainable luxury. It is priced like a non-staffed home in the middle of Dunmore town. Why get 7 bedrooms at the Dunmore when you can save 75% of the cost at Bali House.
PRIVACY
The home is located 300 ft from the beach, but the wind is blocked by trees and sea grape, allowing all day sunshine and long nights, private, and free from high wind you experience on the beach. If you want to turn up the stereo, nobody is around to care.
LIVE WIDE OPEN
The home is programmed to live with the doors and windows open, but if you wish to close it up and cozy up in the A/C, you may.
CHILDREN
The home is programmed for comfort and safety. A flat lot, kid friendly pool and if you have older children, the Java Hut (Casita House) is perfect for kids coming home late night and sleeping in.
ORIGINALITY
The home has been redesigned on the interior, you can expect finishings that rival exclusive resorts. But these are not off-the-shelf designs. This home is customized and made to make all guests feel pampered and comfortable.
CONCIERGE
Will your rental home recommend restaurants, pickup groceries before you arrive, greet you on arrival, introduce you to the home, arrange a crib and highchair, suggest babysitting, place your golf carts at the home on arrival? Does the home have a full-time manager, or is it managed by a realtor? We believe the team matters in the experience as much as the accommodation.

TRANSPORTATION
Is transportation included in the price? – No, we do arrange an airport greeting, transportation to the dock, a water taxi (private if desired) and transportation to the home. We do not pay for the transportation, but we can arrange to have all transportation billed to you on the final invoice.
EARLY CHECK-IN
We allow early check in on days where we are not changing over from a previous guest and or when the staff has completed the full clean. We do help transport bags to the home and will help arrange a brunch or lunch during your wait if that is what you choose. Our desire is to present the home perfectly for you.
WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH THE CONCIERGE & BUTLER?
We provide restaurant reservation assistance, grocery pickup and placement, assistance with dinner party chef recommendations, arrangements for childcare, crib and highchair rental, and other pre-trip needs. During the stay, you have a butler on island to help pickup needed items, provide support in real time needs, etc.
DOES THE HOUSE INCLUDE A CHEF?
No, we do not employ a chef. We have chef’s on the team who are vetted, trained and service the home. Our chef program is subsidized by the home to provide this service to our guests. Our goal is to provide an in-home dining option that is affordable, and delicious!
DOES YOUR CHEF DO DINNER PARTIES
We can arrange additional help, placesettings, and staff to assist with dinner parties. Our chef services is a limited menu and made family style for guests. It does not include table setting, table service and after meal cleanup.
CAN I DRINK THE WATER
Yes, our reverse osmosis system creates pure water for drinking.
DO GOLF CARTS COME WITH THE HOME?
No, we do not own or rent golf carts at this time. We can arrange those for you prior to arrival.
